well.
another weekend. another book-out day.
tml, or rather the coming day, will be the book-in day.
not bad lah, can get to book out on friday evening, then sunday evening book back in again.
things are gonna change next week though, cuz my book out day is falling on a saturday afternoon WHICH SUCKS, and probably my book-in would be sunday evening.
sigh.
life in the shoes of a NSF. national serviceman full-time.
this is my 3rd week now. i have 10 more weeks to go. haha. roughly 10. so far, what i've done in camp is CONFIDENTIAL. lol. secret seh... classified information! hahaa. bullshit la.
all the while in camp, we've been doing physical training mostly. even though we've received our rifles (we are soldiers, of course we need them!), but we're not going into details like how to strip them, and fire them. mainly these few weeks we're having physical training.
not bad lah.
and true enough.. after our 2 weeks confinement, all the devil's horns in our commanders head came out.
late for a few seconds... KNOCK IT DOWN.
forgot to bring this down... KNOCK IT DOWN.
not standing still in senandiri (dunno how to spell) position... KNOCK IT DOWN.
and of course, not forgetting their favourite activity before meals.. pullups before every meal!
if cannot do... KNOCK IT DOWN.
FYI, knock it down means going into push-up positions and staying there. until your commander gives the go signal. so basically it means, going into the position, then asking for permission to carry on, then one timer will count, and after everyone finishes, you ask permission to recover.
fun? FUN, OF COURSE. everyone do tgt. its not that bad la.
won't go into details of other stuffs in camp. fearing for my life. in case SAF thinks i'm posing a threat by posting the details of my training here. and decides to put a bullet to my head.
overall, best thing is just to listen to what they say, and try to do. even if you can't due to circumstances, just pretend to put in effort, or at least show the effort or have a sense of urgency.
oh well. life in there isn't that bad. what brings you down makes you stronger ma. all the physical stuffs... help train up my body.
other that that, my buddies all inside, we all can click and get along. so there's no like shunning anyone.
hmm. sometimes at night, i still think of her. i have no idea why.
maybe i should get some sleep now.
can't wait for POP. =)
