wow 20days without blogging. yes, army life is so interesting and meaningful that i've actually no time to blog!

truth is, i've got nothing much to blog.

other than the major events, which are live firing and grenade-throwing which i've completed.

talk about throwing a hand grenade... the feeling of having a live grenade with you, near your body is quite nerve-wrecking.

it could explode any moment.

it could be defected, and any move you made will cause it to blow.

once it blows, anyone within 20m is virtually dead.

but it was fun. not everyone got to throw it though. those with sweaty palms and those who were afraid were excused.

i personally find it fun. especially when it blows off, of course. haha.

SOC- Standard Obstacle Course

SOC is fun too! our own playground. except for the running part, which i dare say is definitely tougher than your 2.4km run. running in your SBO is never a good choice. plus, your rifle's being a bitch by hitting against your body everytime you run.

these few weeks have been rather slack. because we have completed our major events, there's nothing much left.

heck, we're left with a week and 3 days to our graduation parade! or formally know as Passing Out Parade- POP!

oh yeah, i've completed our 16km route march. its special from the other 3,4,6,8 and 12km i've done cuz this time, our field pack is slightly heavier and we walked straight for 8km without resting. we didn't take a break at the 4km rest point, probably cuz everyone was feeling quite high?

i dunno about them, but for me my shoulders almost gave way when i reached the rest point ahhahha.

anyway! recruit life is about to be over soon. going to bade farewell to BMTC 1 Jaguar Company. its been a very good 11 weeks or so. especially with my section. and my buddy. WHO'S INDIAN. HAHHAAHHAHAHHA.

even though i felt that our platoon is not as united as it should be, but at least at some point of time we managed to stick together.

for the 16km route march, we were kinda scattered here and there, abit disappointing but nevertheless none of us fell out, and completed the whole 16km march together.

our field camp photo! heh... heck, i can't even spot myself!

good old days of our field camp.. 6 days of hell, during mid-october. and here, we emerged warriors! HAHAHA.
