i reached home at 11 30pm, or rather 2330 last night. i've never felt so shagged in my whole life before, haha.
the last 2 weeks have been physically and mentally tiring for me, and of course all my buddies. we stormed the jungles together, leopard crawl through mud and dirt together (once we had to leopard crawl over this hill cuz we pissed our Sir off but heng he relented. i swore i wouldn't be sitting here if i did that), slept in a shellscrape i dug, swiped tons of mosquitoes and flies and ants, killed a centipede (with my SAF boots leh!) and of course...
the highlight was i actually DID NOT FALL SICK. or FELL OUT. hahaaahahahahhaahhahahaa.
never thought i would made it through all these huh.. you fucking pussies!
except i came back with a swollen right eye and tons of insect bites on both sides of my hand. my sister is afraid to look at them lol. i think there's.. (counting) about 20 bites on each hand? went home and applied MOPIKO, that kinda helps to soothe the itchiness.
field camp, 6 days, took place last week. it was hell, i tell you. literally a boot camp kinda thing. well, its an experience, firstly i didn't bathe for the 6 whole damn days, i only bathed for the 1st time in 6 days when i reached home.
i stood in the shower, at home, and just basked in the glory of having warm water run over me, for... a good 3,4 mins.
and another thing.. having dug a hole for more than 6 hours, and sleeping in it... never felt so good. hahahaha!
the worst thing that happened was that it rained CONTINOUSLY from the night of Day2 till the morning of Day5 of my field camp... it was really fucked up man, that was really some bad fuckshit. sleeping in wet clothes.... but luckily i had my gortex jacket.
so anyway, another highlight was SHITTING in the forest. yeah baby, you just dig a hole, unbutton your pants, squat down and.... let everything out!
i was shitting at another camp site that offered me a sea view... okay how many times in your lifetime have you shit in an open area, and in one that offers you a sea view? which you can see ships passing by.....
no right?
THEN WHAT YOU WAITING FOR? SIGN ON WITH THE SAF!
that was just plain bullshit, excuse me. heh..
so one night, i was sleeping when suddenly... it began to rained.
no, not just rained. it rained heavily, accompanied by thunder and lightning. all of us hurried out of our tents and took shelter at a nearby shed. which was, just nice, beside the sea.
so as the sea breeze blew in, we shivered. it was just plain pathetic, all of us soaking wet (the shed wasn't big enough for all of us) and the wind just kept blowing in at us........
conclusion: life in the jungle is tough, and is subjected to the mercy of the heavens and weather.
now you jackasses know how lucky you are?
alright. time to let my swollen eyes to rest. honestly i don't know how i got them... bloody hell. there's an old saying that when you peep at girls bathing, you will get swollen eyes.
BUT JUNGLE FIELD CAMP WHERE GOT GIRLS!
